Our experience with Jim - A Great Plumber - has been totally positive. He does masterful work. He wastes no time. He works at the task at hand. He works until completion and when he is finished, you have a finely finished product. He also works clean and leaves the premises spotless and clean.
His pricing is fair given the exquisite nature of the work he does. You are not only getting your money's worth but you aren't being bilked and his methods are absolutely pristine. He makes plumbing into art work, takes seriously what he does and his work speaks for itself. In our home, an older home with combinations of brass and copper piping, Jim came to the house, explored thoroughly what needed to be done. Then he informed us exactly what he would be doing and charged us fairly for the work and the product he needed to buy to put in new piping and or to build or rebuild the wood framework around which the piping went.
This was a two day job and he spent two entire days and again, his work is something to behold. There is nothing having to do with plumbing that he does not know how to do and he takes the best route to get to the end of the task whatever it is. I have employed a number of plumbers during a long life but Jim is the best I have seen.
He is a tradesman totally focused on his trade. He is masterful at what he does.

Jim really is a great plumber. He converted our heat from oil to gas heat and we found out through him we could get rebates as well. His work is impeccable, he is reasonable and he takes credit cards which is a great help. He shows up when he says he will and returns emails and calls. I had problems with other plumbers not showing up or returning calls so I am really impressed by his professionalism and quality of work. If you need plumbing save yourself time and money and call him.
